Snowed in

Yes, we were hit hard with the storm! Here are some pics.

This is one showing the side yard...that is a five foot (at parts 7 feet) drift of snow that goes over the entire side yard. There "was" a pond under it. LOL

There is another pic taken last night out there. That's my hubby. He's 6 1". The drift at the time was 4 feet.

    Jen,

I don't mind it so much now that its stopped blowing with the 30 plus mph winds. Its pretty.

Of course, I'm not the one digging us out either. LOL

Hi Debbie! Good to see you too! You all have one too? I think all your snow blew off the lake into my front yard. Want me to pack it and ship it back to you?

    LMAO!

The drawbacks of living along Lake Erie :-). I live to the south of Cleveland and we got nailed too. I don't remember getting snow this terrible but my parents tell me horror stories about the blizzard of 77. I barely remember because I was only 4 yrs. old. My hubby got his SUV stuck in the driveway this morning an had to shovel his way out too. I can totally relate to your pain Mandy dear. Hopefully the kiddos won't drive you crazy if they have another snowday tomorrow. My son, PJ does, but he was happy just spending the day inside making Valentines for me and watching Monsters Inc. on DVD. Hopefully, he'll occupy himself well enough tomorrow too :-)

    I'm on Ohio, Jess.

It starting to melt a little here now. But with as high as the drifts on...I think I'll still have piles of snow for some time.

Mandy (who has seen too much snow as of late...LOL)
